@article{oai:okinawauniversity.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000250, author = {吉川, 麻衣子 and Yoshikawa, Maiko}, issue = {18}, journal = {沖縄大学人文学部紀要, Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences}, month = {Mar}, note = {本研究では,活発な議論がなされつつある「性の多様性」に関して,心理臨床領域ではどのような課題と展開があるのかを2010 年以降に発表された学術研究の動向をもとに考察した。近年,「性同一性障害・性別違和」に関する研究は,心理アセスメント\nや性別移行過程に関する示唆など隆盛の兆しがあるが,同性愛・両性愛者に関しては極めて少ない。文化的背景を加味した同性愛・両性愛者のメンタルヘルス調査や心理的機序に関する知見の蓄積が必要である。学校臨床の分野では,子どもたち・教職員\nが正しい知識を得る機会を設ける必要があること,大学における受入・対応の課題などが示唆されている。今後は,わが子にカミングアウトされた親・家族や周囲の人びとへの支援,就職活動・就労時の困難に関する研究・実践が求められる。また,性に\n対して多様な価値観を持った人びとが語らう場を創ることも,一人ひとりが生きやすいと感じられる社会を構築する上で心理臨床家が果たしうる役割である。 This paper examines the heavily discussed topic of sexual diversity; specifically, this paper will examine issues present within the clinical psychology field and the kind of development that is desired for the future, based on trends of academic research published from 2010 onwards. In recent years, studies on gender identity disorders have shown signs of prosperity, with many findings and suggestions being made for psychological assessments and the gender transition process. However, implications for mental health surveys on and psychological processes of homosexuals and bisexuals have been extremely sparse. In the field of school counseling, it has been suggested that opportunities for children and teaching staff to acquire correct knowledge needed to be provided, while issues surrounding acceptance and accommodation within university have also been identified.In the future, it will be necessary to accumulate suggestions for providing support to parents whose children came out to them and support for those who are experiencing difficulties during the job search process. Furthermore, creating a space where people with a wide range of views on gender can join in discussion is a role that clinical psychologists can fulfill in order to cultivate a society in which each individual feels comfortable.}, pages = {25--40}, title = {心理臨床領域における「性の多様性」に関する課題と展望 : 2010年以降の研究動向をもとに}, year = {2016}, yomi = {ヨシカワ, マイコ} }
