| 内容記述 | 2016年７月22日の日本でのリリースから９年を迎えて、ポケモンGOはその人気に陰りが見え始めた。競争の激しいスマホゲーム世界で、その人気を維持し続けるのは難しい。筆者は、2022年と2023年の「Pokemon GO Fest」に見たポケモンGOの「人を動員する力」を着目し、三つのイベントをフィールドワークを用いて分析している。『Palworld ／パルワールド』なども参考にしながら、「新しい体験」を与えてきたポケモンGOを今後を考察している。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Eight years after its release in Japan on July 22, 2016, Pokemon GO’s popularity has begun to decline. It is difficult to maintain that popularity in the highly competitive world of smartphone games. The author focuses on Pokemon GO’s “power to mobilize people” as seen in the 2022 and 2023 Pokemon GO Fest, and analyzes three events using fieldwork. While also referring to “Palworld”, he is considering the future of Pokemon GO, which has provided “new experiences”. |
