| 内容記述 | 摂食障害者はしばしば性的虐待の犠牲者であると語られたり、あるいは恋愛依存症やセックス依存症を併発すると指摘される。本稿は、摂食障害者のセクシュアリティの実態を明らかにすることで、彼女ら／彼らの食と性との関係を分析する。そこで本稿では次の二つの問いを設定する。(1)「摂食障害において食と性は関連しているのか？関連があるとすれば、どのような関係なのか？」、(2)「摂食障害者のセクシュアリティはそれ以外の人々と同質なものなのか？違いがあるとすれば、何がどう違うのか？」。使用されるデータは、筆者が収集した35人の摂食障害者に対する面接インタビュー調査と日本国内で行われた全国規模の質問紙調査とで得られた二つの調査結果である。分析の結果、摂食障害において食と性は強く関連していることと、摂食障害者のセクシュアリティはそれ以外の人々のそれと同質なものであったが、摂食障害者はその心理的・情緒的な面において困難を抱えていることがわかった。 It is said that eating disorder patients are often the victims of sexual abuse, or it is pointed out when love dependence and sex dependence supervene the disorder. This paper analyzes the relationship between eating and sexuality of the eating disorder patients by clarifying the actual state of their sexuality. Then, the following two questions are set up in this paper. First, in the eating disorder, what relationship exists between eating and sexuality? Secondly, how is the sexuality of the eating disorder patients different from that of other people? If supposing that there is a difference, what is the nature and degree of that difference? Two types of data were used: An interview survey conducted by the author of 35 eating disorder patients, and Japanese national statistical surveys. Analysis showed that eating and sexuality were related strongly in the eating disorder. Moreover, an eating disorder patient's sexuality was the same as that of other people. However, it turns out that they are experiencing difficulty in their mental and emotion health. |
